We provide professional tape cleaning, repair, and digitisation services throughout the United Kingdom.

2. Orders & Shipping

Customers are responsible for securely packaging and sending tapes using a tracked and insured postal service.

NGS Studio Ltd is not liable for loss or damage occurring during transit before tapes are received.

Return shipping will be completed using a tracked delivery service.

3. Condition of Media

Due to the age and fragile nature of analogue media:

  • Full content recovery cannot be guaranteed.

  • Tapes may contain pre-existing damage.

  • Audio and video quality may vary depending on original recording and condition.

If a tape is found to be unrecoverable, customers will be notified before further action.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 2–3 working days from receipt of tapes, excluding return shipping time.

During busy periods, turnaround times may extend. Customers will be informed of delays.

5. Pricing & Payment

Pricing will be confirmed before processing begins.

Payment is required prior to digitisation unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are processed via Revolut.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued:

  • If we are unable to process a tape

  • If a service error occurs on our part

Refunds are not provided once digitisation has been completed and delivered successfully.

7. Digital Delivery & File Retention

Digitised files are delivered via secure download link and/or USB (if selected).

Customers are responsible for backing up files upon receipt.

Files are stored temporarily and permanently deleted after 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Liability is strictly limited to the value of the service provided.

NGS Studio Ltd is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing media damage

  • Loss during customer shipping

  • Emotional or sentimental value of content

9. Data Protection

All customer content is treated as strictly confidential.

Media is not copied, shared, or distributed.

Files are securely stored and deleted after completion.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
